Are you ready to place an order with us? With Eleganza, achieving the dream look for your chosen room or property couldn’t be easier.

Step One: Decision

The first step to placing an order with Eleganza for your new luxury Italian interior is to decide on which of our products you require to complete the setting in your dream home. We have a wide variety of door styles and finishes available, but we can also accommodate your own personal colour options to meet your exact colour pallet.

We understand that making a decision is not easy, and you may have many questions whether they be of a technical, design or installation nature. We will be on hand to help and supply any expert advice or knowledge should you need it.

Step Two: Make Contact

To contact ourselves at Eleganza, fill out the contact form on our website or alternatively give us a call giving us as much information as possible about your project, the products and quantity you require.

We will then liaise with you to confirm your needs and to arrange a site measurement and survey, this will give Eleganza a better understanding of your requirements and answer any further questions you may have.

Step Three: Order

Eleganza will transfer your site notes and requirements into a personalised quotation for you. On completion of the paperwork and your deposit, your order will start its Italian journey from paper to reality.

Step Four: Timings

Once your order has been officially placed and confirmed by our manufacturer in Italy, we will be able to provide you with a delivery date and more importantly an installation date.

Step Five: Installation

Once your installation date and time has been confirmed we will arrive promptly to start your installation using only our experienced in-house team.
